The Drywall Suspension System from USG is designed to simplify the construction and design of curved drywall ceilings. With more efficient installation and less material waste, USG’s Drywall Suspension System allows for increased costs savings in both labor and days on the job.

• Drywall Suspension System – Wall-to-WallThe Wall-to-Wall drywall suspension system is designed for small rooms, corridors, and offices, ideal for ceilings with low deck clearance or crowded plenum spaces.
• Drywall Suspension System – Direct MountCreated for flat ceilings, the Direct Mount system is designed for short plenum depths and faster perimeter connections. The Direct Mount system installs faster than traditional framing methods and offers a number of advantages for flat ceilings.

Cardinal Acoustics: Functional and Decorative Abuse Resistant Wall & Ceiling Panels

Cardinal Creative – Data Sheet

• Available in six different shapes, these acoustical wood fiber panels provide an NRC rating between 0.45 and 0.95 (depending on thickenss and mounting method). Composed of Poplar fibers, Magnesium Oxide, and Water; they are an environmentally friendly product that can be installed with construction adhesive and a finishing nail.

Cardinal Complete – Data Sheet

• Cardinal Complete panels are prefabricated with either a 5/8″ or 1″ baseboard plus 1″ or 2″ of furring and insulation. This product replaces the standard C-20 mounting method and aids contractors with a simple one-step installation. Cardinal Complete ranges from 0.85 to 0.95 in NRC value. • Mix and match the six different standard Cardinal Cut options for an unrivaled aesthetic appeal. These 2’ x 4’ decorative panels are factory fabricated with either a V groove or straight cut so that panels can be combined to create artfully designed acoustical solutions. These attractive panels do not substitute function for décor as they are warranted for the lifetime of the building.

Cardinal Clouds – Data Sheet

• Popular in classrooms, restaurants, and theaters; Cardinal Creative Clouds are an individual and free-floating panel. Factory fabricated with a T Slot on the backside, Clouds are suspended at any length from the ceiling structure. They can be suspended level or at an angle to present more of a three-dimensional look. Clouds are available in standard sizes of 2’ or 4’ widths and 4’ – 8’ lengths or in custom shapes like Triangles, Circles, or Trapezoids.
